The manufacturing industry still has a long way to go in creating a diverse and inclusive environment for women and people of color. That’s why I’m working to support DEI initiatives such as with the Women in Manufacturing Association and the National Advanced Manufacturing Apprenticeship Project (NAMAP).
Continuous Learning
Professional skill development starts and ends with a commitment to learning. With years of research and backed by industrial psychology, I’m working on revamping industrial training models for small businesses to make skill development and education more accessible for all.
